Engine oil replacement
Substitution Type:
COMPONENT
Pre-Conditions:
1.
ECU should be in Extended Diagnostic Session
2.
Ignition ON (T15_st = 1)
3.
Engine not running (NMotV = 0)
4.
Gear in neutral position
Procedure To Be Followed:
Step 1: Engine Oil to be replaced with new Oil
Step 2:
“Reset of Blinking Engine Oil Pressure Lamp”

Engine oil parameters reset routine set to following parameters:
- RDI 380C - Number of automatic reset procedure (Olil life reset with Examiner): it is increased of 1,
- RDI 380D - Number of manual reset procedure (Oil life reset with manual procedure): it does not change,
- RDI 380E - Odometer value at last automatic reset procedure (Olil life reset with Examiner): it is set to RDI
2001/RLI 03 value,
- RDI 380F - Odometer value at last manual reset procedure (Oil life reset with manual procedure): it does
not change ,
- RDI 3811 - Odometer value at the starting of change oil required indication: it does not change,
- RDI 3810 - Remaining distance at exaust oil: it is set to MaxDistT calibrated value,
- RDI 3813 - Remaining percentage at exaust oil: it is set to 100% value,
- RDI 3818 - Oil life remaining from distance information: it is set to 100% value,
- RDI 381A - Oil life remaining from oil exhaust information: it is set to 100% value,
- RDI 381B - Oil life remaining from module coolant temperature and crankshaft revolutions: it is set to 100%
value.
