START
Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input Test Routine and operate the
switches as mentioned in the input switch test routine specification.
Is DTC B160F – 12
logged by Routine?
Disconnect vehicle battery connection.
(Please follow the safety guidelines)
Check BCM and Driver door Lock actuator for
terminal backout
Are connectors loose?
1.Remove BCM Connector.
2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged.
Is connector
faulty?
Check continuity between BCM connector pin [C1-20] Harness
side) with battery [C3-2/C3-1]
Continuity
Found?
1. Remove Driver door lock actuator
2. Check continuity between BCM harness side connector pin [C1-20] and
Driver door lock signal [C095-5]

Reconnect connectors firmly
