2. Check Continuty Between BCM side connector pin [C1-39]
with Vehicle Ground
[C1-34/ C1-47]

Correct Wiring harness
(Short To Ground)

Check Continuity Between BCM side connector pin [C1-39] with
Reverse Gear switch contact
Continuity

Correct Wiring harness
(Open Circuit)

1. Remove Gear selection switch mating connector.
2. check continuity of reverse gear switch contact with battery

Correct Reverse gear side wiring harness[
location TBD] (Open Circuit)
1. Reconnect Gear selection switch mating connector.
2. Engage reverse gear
3. Check continuity between reverse gear contact at BCM side
with battery
