START
Connect Diagnostic tool and Run Input Test Routine and operate the
switches as mentioned in the input switch test routine specification.
Is DTC B2236-11 logged by
Routine?
Disconnect vehicle battery connection.
(Please follow the safety guidelines)
Check BCM and
Combiswitch connectors for
terminal backout
Are connectors loose?
1.Remove BCM Connectors.
2.Perform visual check of connectors for pins bent or damaged etc.
Is connector
faulty?
Check continuity between BCM connector pin
[ C1-
15
]
(Harness
side) with
ground
[C1-34/C1-47]
Continuity Found?
1. Remove combiswitch mating connector
2. Check continuity between BCM mating connector pin
[ C1-15
] and Position
Lamp Switch contact at combiswitch mating connector
(Harness side) (Please refer
circuit schematics and combiswitch drawings for pin details)
