Customer Symptom
No visual indication
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
All vehicle settings related to BCM in
Silver Box
; will not
be functional.
Lamp Status (If Any)
NA
Fault Detection Condition
1. BCM connector is not connected properly or
disconnected from its location.
2. CAN Stub wire from BCM connector side is
disconnected.
3. BCM ECU is not powered up.
Normal Operating Condition
BCM ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic
Tool.
Probable Trouble Area
Disconnection of the BCM connector
Healing Condition
To fix the BCM connector correctly and Fix the wiring
harness issues from BCM side
