Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Clutch Position
Sensor
The clutch position sensor is included and
managed at the Spare Parts Dpt. along with
the coaxial hydraulic actuator; therefore re-
fer to removal of Hydraulic clutch actuator
with coaxial control with gearbox removed.
Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Circuit Pressure
Sensor Removal
1.
Connect the diagnosis equipment and car-
ry out the accumulator depressurization
procedure.
2.
Remove battery.
3.
Remove battery support/drip tray.
4.
Remove pressure accumulator on hydrau-
lic actuator unit.
5.
Detach the electrical connection from the
pressure sensor.

Unscrew and remove the pressure sensor
complete with O-ring.
Hydraulic Selection Gearbox Circuit Pressure
Sensor Fitment
1.
Place the pressure sensor complete with
new O-ring back in its housing and tighten
it.
2.
Connect the electrical connection for the
pressure sensor.
3.
Fit pressure accumulator on hydraulic ac-
tuator unit.
4.
Fit battery support/drip tray.
5.
Fit battery.
6.
Hydraulic system fluid for gearbox with
hydraulic selection check level and top up,
if necessary
7.
Connect the diagnosis equipment and car-
ry out the following operation.
8.
Hydraulic system for gearbox with hydrau-
lic selection - bleed air.
