Hydraulic Clutch Actuator with Coaxial Con-

trol with Gearbox Removed Removal Valid

For Versions with Robotised Gearbox:

1. Raise the clip and disconnect the pipe from

master cylinder to clutch release actuator,

actuator side.

1. Loosen the screws (1a) and remove the

clutch hydraulic actuator (1b) releasing it

from the sealant.

Remove the residues of sealant from the

clutch - gearbox hydraulic actuator contact

surfaces.

The hydraulic actuator includes the clutch

position sensor, which is not individually

managed at the Spare Parts Department.

For Versions with Robotised Gearbox:

Lay a bead of sealant on the clutch - gear-

box hydraulic actuator contact surfaces.

1. Fit the hydraulic clutch actuator (1a) in

place and tighten the screws (1b) to the pre-

scribed torque.

Connect the pipe from master cylinder to

clutch release actuator, actuator side,

complete with new 0-ring and engage the

retaining clip.
