6. Install front brake caliper assembly

(For

procedure refer Brakes section)

7. Install bracket for brake hose mounting on stub

axle assembly and tighten nut to 1Kgm torque.

8. Install front wheel speed sensor (

For

procedure refer Brakes - ABS section

)

9. Install stone guard. (

For procedure refer Body

section

)

NOTE



Wheel alignment has to be done after

removing or dismantling any of the suspension

or Steering components.



For vehicles with ESP, Steering Angle Sensor

(SAS) Calibration has to be done after Wheel

Alignment.

II HUB REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL

1. Hold the hub assembly using holder

(Part No.

287058903316)

and remove hex nut. This

action should be performed on vehicle.

2. Remove spacer

(1)

and internal circlip

(2)

using circlip plier.
