2. Position the anti-roll bar and install the bearing

block bracket on to the frame by tightening the

flange head screws on both ends.

NOTE

Apply sufficient amount of silicon grease

MOLICOTE 33 (Medium) on the anti-roll bar

over bearing width before fitment of bearing

block.

The mounting screws to be tightened to the

specified torque, refer tightening torque table

3. Connect the anti-roll bar to the ball joint

assembly by tightening the nyloc nut. Follow

the same procedure at the other end also.

II. REAR SUSPENSION LINKS TIGHTENING

PROCEDURE.

NOTE

This procedure is to be followed to tighten any of

the rear suspension bushes.

1. Position the vehicle on a pit. Loosen the bolts

and then re-tighten them in vehicle unladen

condition.

NOTE

Before tightening to the specified torque

confirm that, at vehicle unladen position the

lower link is inclined at an angle of 3.4

0

(w.r.t.

horizontal) or that chassis height (distance

between the centre line of rear axle and

chassis height at rear axle location) is

280±3mm.

The above height or angle needs to be

maintained if any link is removed.
