BONNET LATCH RELEASE CABLE
REMOVAL
1. Open the bonnet.
2. Remove the black cover assembly from front
bumper.
3. Dislocate the coolant tank towards engine for
ease of latch removal.
4. Pull out the tree clips
(2 Nos.)
and remove the
latch cable from the lower reinforcement.
5. Loosen and remove three mounting bolts and
lower the hood latch assembly
6. Remove the vertical support center cross
member.
7. Remove the bonnet switch.
8. Remove the LWR reinforcement hood latch
platform.
9. Remove the LWR reinforcement hood latch
platform from bumper side and latch from
engine side.
