REAR AXLE

Use a suitable drift to remove the roll pin retaining the

cross shaft.

Use hammer and punch as shown to remove the cross

pin from the case.

Install the adapter plate of track lock tool Pt. no. 2699

5890 3501 into the bottom side gear. Apply a small

amount of grease to the centering hole of the adapter

plate.

Install threaded adapter of track lock tool into top side

gear.

Screw into threaded adapter until it is centered into

adapter plate. Use small screw driver to prevent the

adapter from turning.
