INSTALLATION OF CYLINDER HEAD COVER

1. Place the cylinder head cover gasket on the

cylinder head.

2. Place the cylinder head cover on the gasket.

3. Insert the studs through the holes of the

cylinder head cover and hand tight the studs in

the tapping on cylinder head.

4. Tighten the studs fully with a ratchet tubular

spanner.

5. Insert the rubber isolators in the studs on the

cylinder head cover.

6. Hand tight the dome nuts on the studs.

7. Apply the specified torque to the dome nuts.

8. Fit the air intake elbow with the gasket with

the 2 bolts and apply the specified torque.

9. Fit the EGR vale with the gasket on the air

intake elbow and EGR tube. Tighten the screws

on the air intake elbow.

10. Insert the rubber hose in the air intake elbow

and the other end in the pipe.

11. Tighten the hose clamps.

12. Fit the cover under the wiper motor and tighten

the bolts.

13. Fit the wiper motor subassembly along with the

linkages.

14. Fit the wiper motor plastic cover.

15. Fit the bonnet.
