1.6 APPROACH LAMPS.

1.6.1 Description

The approach lights are helpful for the vehicle driver while approaching the vehicle, especially during

nighttime. The existing lamps of the vehicle i.e. low beam of the head lamp, position lamps and the roof

lamps are used for approach lights function.

1.6.2 Conditional Requirements

Activation –

• Approach Lamp request from RKE is received

Deactivation –

• IGN is made ON or

• 60 seconds time is elapsed or

• Approach Lamp request from RKE is received again.

On Fault –

Respective DTC logged
