Vehicle power supply at power
connector insufficient
1.Check vehicle power supply at power
connector between the pins
2.Nominal value: greater than 9 V
3.Check fuse/wiring harness in vehicle or
replace it
4.Read DTC with Diagnostic tool
Vehicle power supply insufficient at
vehicle signal connector
1.Check vehicle power supply between
pins on terminal 15 and ground/earth
2.Nominal value: greater than 9 V
3.Check fuse/wiring harness in vehicle or
replace it
4.Read DTC with Diagnostic tool
Faulty CAN bus signal in vehicle
signal connector
1.Check differential voltage between CANL
and CANH
2.Nominal value: 0.1...1.0 V (value
fluctuates)
3.Check terminating resistor between
CANL and CANH
4.Nominal value: approx. 60
5.Physical check of the CAN bus.
6.Read DTC with Diagnostic tool
