9) Then fix through bolt (2 Nos.) and tighten
NOTE:
While servicing the brush gear assy. please
ensure that new brush springs to be replace.
(Especially in burnt Starter Motor)
7) Assembly the Brush gear assembly into the
commutator ends. By using Bullet as shown in fig.
8) Assembly the CE bracket assembly and insert
the BG fixing screw (2 Nos.).
10) Assemble solenoid & two fixing screws. Ensure
that solenoid is assembled in the engaging lever
assembly.
11)Assemble the lead assembly & nut into the solenoid
switch.
12) Tightening of the Starter Terminal nut.
