5) Ensure that round packing should be fixed in the

Annulus assembly with proper orientation.

6) Carefully assemble yoke and armature assembly

into the Internal Gear assembly with fixing bracket

assembly.

4) Assemble the Pivot Plato and Grommet into the

Fixing bracket slot provided for it.

D. RE-ASSEMBLY

1. While re-assembling the engaging lever, ensure that

the position should be as shown in the picture.

2) Apply OKS 410 grease on shaft bush, on 4 pins &

on the tooth portion (at 3 places minimum) of the

inter bracket & bearing assembly.

3) Insert 3 planetary gear assy. in output shaft pins.
