7. Loosen the all six wing bolts of engine access

cover.

8. Lose the clamp of air intake pipe from filter

side as well as from engine side by screw-

driver.

9. De-clamp cylinder head vaccum hoses using

plier.

10. Detach the ‘Transmission Control Unit’ female

connector carefully.

11. Pull out wiring harness routed clamp and

detach the ‘Transmission Input Speed Sensor’

(located at the bottom of transmission) female

connector carefully.

12. Remove the ‘Electronic Throttle Control’ (ETC)

wiring harness connector.

13. Disassemble the clutch release lever.

a. Remove the hexagonal nut M8 (3) and

hexagonal bolt M8x35 (2) to loosen clutch

release lever (1).

b. Now take out the clutch release lever (1).
