2. Remove front bumper (Refer front bumper removal

procedure)

3. Remove two bolts securing fender to the body.

4. Remove the bolt (located below door shown by

arrow) securing fender to the body.

5. Remove two bolts (located near door hinges shown

by arrow) securing fender to the body and take

out fender.

Installation

1. Position the fender on body and tighten all

mounting bolts to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR FENDER BOLTS = 1 Kg-m

2. Fit front bumper. (Refer front bumper installation

procedure)

3. Connect the electrical connector of side repeater

lamp and fit the same. (Press fit type)

FENDER (SIDE BONNET)

Removal

NOTE :

The removal procedure of fender is identical for other

side.

1. Pry out the side repeater lamp and disconnect

the electrical connector.
