FRONT BUMPER

Removal

1. First remove both

front wheel arches

as follows :

(a) Remove all mounting screws securing wheel arch

to the bumper and fender.

(b) Take out both wheel arches.

2. Remove all mounting bolts securing bumper to the

body.

3. Disconnect electrical connectors of fog lamps and

pull out the bumper.

Installation

1. Connect electrical connectors of both fog lamps.

2. Align front bumper properly and tighten all mounting

bolts of the bumper to specified torque.

TIGHTENING TORQUE FOR FRONT BUMPER

BOLTS = 1 kg-m

3. Tighten all mounting screws of both wheel arch.
