Driver - Seat
belt warning
Red
Seat belt warning indicator comes ‘ON’ for 4 seconds, when
ignition is turned ‘ON’ irrespective of seat belt buckle status.
If seat belt is not fastened then Telltale will be ON as initial
warning with No audio chime. If seat belt remains unbuckled
and vehicle speed goes above 15 kmph, Final Warning will
start with audio chime for 90 seconds continuously.
Airbag status
Red
Illuminates momentarily when ignition is switched ‘ON’ once
engine is cranked, it goes OFF.
It will continuously illuminate when there is malfunction of
airbag (SRS) system. Contact TATA MOTORS Authorized
Service Centre urgently.
EPAS
Amber
Illuminates momentarily when ignition is switched ‘ON’ once
engine is cranked, it goes OFF.
Illuminates when there is a fault in the EPAS. Contact
TATAMOTORS Authorized Service Centre urgently.
Co-Driver -
Seat belt
warning
Red
Seat belt warning indicator comes ‘ON’ for 4 seconds, when
ignition is turned ‘ON’ irrespective of seat belt buckle status.
If Co-Driver is present & its seat belt is not fastened then
Telltale will be ON as initial warning with No audio chime. If
seat belt remains unbuckled and vehicle speed goes above 15
kmph, Final Warning will start with audio chime for 90 seconds
continuously.
Note
Once the seat belt is fastened, the buzzer and warning
indicator will go ‘OFF’.
Seat belt audio alarm remains OFF when reverse gear is
engaged.
High Coolant
Temperature
Red
This symbol lights up when the ignition is turned ‘ON’ and
goes ‘OFF’ in approx. 4 sec.
If the engine is overheating, this indicator blinks along with an
audible buzzer at this stage, take the car to the nearest
authorized Service outlet. This symbol blinks and audible
buzzer sounds simultaneously when engine coolant
temperature is more than normal.
When engine coolant temp increases to hazardous level,
telltale shall blink with RED color and it is accompanied by
audio warning.
Warning:
Never remove the radiator pressure cap from the radiator
when the engine is hot. Do not restart the engine until the
problem has been duly attended.
Low Fuel
Amber
This symbol lights up when ignition is turned ‘ON’. The symbol
lights up continuously if fuel level in the tank is low. Fuel needs
to be filled immediately.
The warning light will start flashing if there is any fault in the
fuel system. Contact the TATA MOTORS Authorised Service
Centre immediately
