FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
GLASS PANEL ADJUSTMENT
FRONT
Adjust the front of the glass panel by loosening
the three (3) M5 screws on the either side. Adjust
the glass panel so the front edge is underflush by
1.2mm with respect to roof ring and 1mm
overflush with rear glass. Then tighten the screws.
1.4.49 REAR GLASS PANEL (FIXED PANEL)
REMOVAL
1. Position the Front Glass panel in Tilt Open
position. Open Rollo to complete open
position. Press down inner sealing with finger
to expose the screw.
2. Remove the two (2) M5 screws both the sides
on the glass panel Bracket. Remove glass
panel from the vehicle.
FITMENT
For fitment follow reverse procedure of removal.
GLASS PANEL ADJUSTMENT REAR
Adjust the Rear glass panel by loosening the two
(2) M5 screws on the either side. Adjust the glass
panel so the rear edge is overflush by 0.9mm with
respect to roof ring and 1mm underflush with front
glass. Then tighten the screws.
