1.4.53 MECHANISM MAINTENANCE
1. Remove Moving (front) Glass Panel & Fixed
(rear) Glass Panel.
2. Close Sunroof, until Glass mechanism reach
close position. Clean groove on mechanism
Collisa, as shown above(using cleaning solution is
optional), and then apply grease with small brush
into Collisa groove.
The cleaning procedure is VERY IMPORTANT,
see NOTE for more details.
3.Operate sunroof, until Glass mechanism
reaches next to Wind Deflector bearing, then
apply grease into Collisa grooves(3-a, 3-b).
4. Operate the Glass mechanism to full-open
position, then apply grease into inner and outer
grooves on guide rail.
5. Operate the Glass mechanism to full-close
position, then apply grease into inner and outer
grooves on guide rail.
6. Re-assemble Moving Glass Panel & Fixed
Glass Panel then close sunroof, inspect
