Overview:

ISO Code (If applicable) P130100

Customer Symptom

Vehicle will stop.

Fault Effect (On Vehicle) Vehicle cannot be driven.

Lamp Status (If Any)

HV Critical lamp on cluster glows

DTC Detection Condition

This DTC gets logged if the HVDC bus supply to the E-drive is less than 250V or greater

than 430V.

Normal Operating

Condition

HVDC bus supply to the E-drive is in the range of 280-400 V

Probable Trouble Area

Overvoltage:

a) OBC(On Board Charger) providing more at the output.

b) E-compressor is generating for more output voltage.

c) Generation mode of the E-drive itself is generating more voltage.

d) Battery malfunctioning.

Undervoltage:

a) Without discharge command system voltage goes below 250V.

b) DC capacitor is faulty.

c) Loose connection in PDU or at E-drive terminals.

d) Battery malfunctioning.

Healing Condition

Ignition Reset

Write up for the system:-

E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-Box,

Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convert that electric power into

kinetic energy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vehicle kinetic energy convert in to

electric energy

.

Pre-Check Points:-

a) Check connection of the E-drive terminal are properly connected
