Customer Symptom
Vehicle will stop.
Fault Effect (On Vehicle)
E-drive will stop and vehicel stops
Lamp Status (If Any)
HV critical alert lamp on cluster glows
DTC Detection Condition
This DTC gets logged if Any short circuit or Motor peak
current goes>820A or control chip failure or resolver
ouput amplitude goes below 15 V or temperature /
cureent/ voltage sensor reads value less/more than its
range or any hardware error in the sesnsing element.
Normal Operating
Condition
There should not be any internal hardware malfunction in
the system.
Probable Trouble Area
1.High current and temperature in IGBT.
2.Short circuit in winding.
3Driver Chip is damaged.
4.Low voltage input to the resolver.
5.Voltage sensor or IGBT temperature sensor is
damaged.
6 A and B phase current sensor are damaged.
7.External 12V LV supply failure or internal voltage
detectin circuit failure.
8. Max torque and Output torque have a deviation more
than 20Nm or 15%

E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-
Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convvert that electric power
into kinetic engrgy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vheicle kinetic enerrgy
convert in to eletric energy.
