DTC Detection
Condition
This DTC gets logged if the temperature of the IGBT is more than 105° or the motor
temperature is above 140°.
Normal Operating
Condition
Normal temperature for coolant Inlet is Max 65 Deg. C
Probable Trouble Area
a) Pressure drop in colling system is more.
b) Coolant is in bad condition. i.e the ratio of water and glycol is not
maintained(50:50).
c) Flow rate of the coolant is not maintained desired limit i.e 8 to 12
LPM.
d) Traction Coolant line Leakage.
e) Low Coolant level
f) High Coolant temperature
Healing Condition
Ignition Reset
Write up for the system:-
E-drive is a three in one unit which consist of Electric motor, Motor Controller Unit and Gear-
Box, Where this unit draws power from the High voltage battery and convvert that electric power
into kinetic engrgy which helps to rotate the vehicle. During braking vheicle kinetic enerrgy
convert in to eletric energy.
Pre-Check Points:
a)
Check wheather the coolant level in traction coolant tank is above minimum level
marking.
b)
Check the radiator slow fan, radiator fast fan and tarction coolant pumps are working
normally.
c)
Check for any pinching/leakage in traction cooling system.
