Description
Check Point
if YES

Connect the Charging Gun & switch
ON the AC supply. check for the fault
code.
Fault code P220016, is
present?
Go to step 2
Repair complete

Turn Ignition switch “OFF" and remove
the LV battery negative terminal.
Check the continuity between
KL30 (pin:1H) and OBC battery fuse
out (OBC_BATT(5A) EF40),
KL31(Pin: G4) and chassis (EA27B-1).
Is there proper
continuity?
Go to step 3
Replace the
pins/terminals or
replace the LV
harness and go to
step 1

Check for the OBC_BATT(5A) EF40
LV fuse in Under bonnet Fusebox.
Is OBC_BATT (5A)
LV fuse blown?
Replace the fuse and go
to step 1
Go to step 4

Check for DC-DC converter output
under voltage fault while gun is
connected
Is DC-DC Converter
fault codes P130026 &
P130027 present?
Refer DC-DC Converter
Troubleshooting
document for error code
P130026 & P130027 and
go to step 1
Go to step 5

Check for fault code again.
Fault code P220016, is
present?
Replace the OBC
Repair
completed
DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator
lamp on the cluster.
