Check for DC-DC converter output over voltage
fault (above 16.5 V) while the gun is connected.
Is DC-DC
Converter fault
code P130025
present?
Refer DC-DC Converter
Troubleshooting
document for fault code
P130025 and go to step
1.
Go to step 4

Check for fault code again.

present?
Replace the OBC
Repair

DTC’s confirmation:-
After rectification, ensure the following points by referring OBC parameters using TML diagnostic tool before
handing over to customer.
a) Check whether the OBC can respond to the vehicle charging command by observing the Charge ON indicator
lamp on the cluster.
