OBC will stop charging HV battery

DTC Detection Condition

This DTC gets logged if CP test point Duty cycle < 7%

Normal Operating Condition

CP test point Duty cycle >7%

Probable Trouble Area

1. Incorrect CP duty cycle from Charging Gun.

2. Trigger circuit in Charging Gun is failed.

3. Receiver in OBC is failed.

Healing Condition

Disconnect the gun and connect back after VCU sleep

ystem:-

LV supply of OBC is from 12V battery. It requires AC High voltage supply voltage of 230V, 50Hz to charge the HV battery.

The control pilot (CP) signal has two functions. First is to submit the maximum allowed input current from the

charging station to the vehicle, second is to monitor the proper ground connection between car and charging station

.

a) Check for proper rated charging gun
