TRANSAXLE TA6300 AMT

INPUT SHAFT DISASSEMBLY

1. Fix input shaft assembly on vice with adaptor

bush. & remove Locking Screw.

2. Install support plate 5438 5890 2602.

3. Place input shaft assembly on hydraulic press

with support plate (5438 5890 2602) & drift

(2834 5890 2607) press input shaft. Hold

input shaft from bottom.

4. Take out 6

gear, gear bushes, synchro

cones, needle cage, shifter sleeve & support

plate separated from input shaft from press.

5. Remove 4th gear, needle cage by pulling

synchronizer sleeve.

6. Remove snap ring & take out engaging gear.

7. Remove 3rd gear, needle cage by pulling

synchronizer sleeve.

NOTE: Inner Race of cylindrical roller bearing

will be remain on input shaft.
