BONNET LATCH RELEASE CABLE
REMOVAL
1. Open the bonnet.
2. Pull out the cable from the lock assembly.
3. Loosen and remove mounting fasteners of
hood release lever and remove the lever.
4. Disconnect the cable from hood release lever.
5. Pull out and remove the cable from the engine
compartment.
CAUTION
Do not pull the hood latch cable from inside of cab
it can damage the rubber grommet.
FITMENT
NOTE
Check the condition of the rubber grommet, if
found damaged replace the same at the time of
fitment.
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
1.4.2 ARM REST
REMOVAL
NOTE
For ease of removal and fitment the hand brake
cable can be loosened from the rear end. (For the
hand brake adjustment, refer brake section.)
1. Remove the gear lever boot.
(For procedure
refer the gear lever boot removal process.)
2. Remove rear console
(For procedure refer the
console removal process.)
3. Remove the four mounting screw and take
out the rest arm
