I. FEED TUBE ASSEMBLY
1. Install the gasket 2EA to transmission case oil
port smoothly.
2. Install “feed tube assy” smoothly.
3. Install the gasket 2EA to feed tube oil port
smoothly.
4. Tighten the eye bolt 42 ~ 48 Nm of torque
5. Tighten the fixing bolt for feed tube assembly to
transmission case 10 ~ 12 Nm of torque.
CAUTION
Never re-use gasket part.
Gasket part should be replaced with new part.
Gasket –Feed tube oil port –Gasket –Eye bolt
each parts center axis should be aligned.
REMOVAL
Removal is the reverse of installation
J. AIR-BREATHER BRACKET AND ETC.
1. Install air breather bracket .on converter
housing using by fixing bolt.
2. Tighten the bolt for air breather bracket 10 ~ 12
Nm torque.
3. Install air breather hose to air breather bracket
smoothly.
NOTE
Regarding of air breather hose and clamp hose:
Install the air breather hose to valve body
cover pipe.
Insert the clamp hose the way of ‘Red-
arrow’ direction using the suitable tool.
CAUTION
Please insert the air breather hose deeply up to
reach the valve body cover and hose end
contact.
K. MAGNET-PLUG
1. Install gasket smoothly.
2. Install magnet plug smoothly.
3. Tighten the magnet plug 34 ~ 44 Nm torque.
CAUTION
Never reuse gasket and magnet plug.
Gasket and magnet plug part should be
replaced with new part.
REMOVAL
Removal is the reverse of installation.
