INJECTOR REMOVAL
1. Remove the air filter.
2. Disconnect the electrical connection to all the
fuel injectors.
3. Remove the fuel supply connection.
4. Remove the mounting bolts of the fuel rail and
remove out the rail along with injectors.
5. Remove the injector retainer on the fuel rail.
6. Remove the fuel injectors.
NOTE
Injector should be tagged as soon as it is
removed to avoid chances of it being
interchanged. Since the code of each
injector is calibrated to the EMS, whenever
an injector is replaced it codes of the
respective injectors should be fed in the
EMS ECU using diagnostic tool.
FITMENT
Follow the reverse order of removal for fitment.
Vacuum clean the injectors.
