9.5 REMOVAL
AND
ASSEMBLY
OF
SUBFRAME ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Disconnect the steering tie rod ball joint from the
knuckle.
3. Disconnect the steering (Refer steering
section).
4. Remove the C mount of the engine from the
Subframe.
5. Remove Exhaust Front Pipe assembly.
6. Loosen the Subframe bolts and lower the
assembly (Subframe, antiroll bar, steering rack,
lower arm).
7. Remove the mountings on steering rack
assembly from subframe.
8. Remove the anti roll bar from Subframe.
9. Remove the lower arm assembly.
NOTE:
Bolt to be tighten in Pre-loading condition.
ASSEMBLY
Follow the Reverse Procedure of removal of
subframe assembly.
