RADIATOR REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank.
(For procedure refer “Coolant replacement” in
Engine maintenance section).
2. Recover refrigerant from lines.
3. Disconnect coolant hose to radiator.
4. Remove the front bumper.
(Refer front bumper
removal procedure from Body section)
.
5. Disconnect overflow tube to radiator filler hose.
6. Remove mounting bolts of the radiator filler
hose and aside the hose aside.
7. Disconnect the electrical connections of the
cooling fan shroud.
