RADIATOR FAN SHROUD REMOVAL
1.
Drain the coolant and remove the Coolant tank.
(For procedure refer “Coolant Replacement” in
Engine maintenance section)
2.
Disconnect the electrical connections to the
radiator fan.
3. Remove the two fasteners to separate fan
shroud.
4. Pull out the shroud from the top.
FITMENT
For fitment slide the shroud into the mounts till it
snaps at the top mounts.
THERMOSTAT REMOVAL
1. Drain the coolant.
(Refer “Coolant Replacement
Procedure).
2. Access the thermostat from top by removing air
filter assembly.
3. Remove the spring band clip and disconnect
the hose
.
4. Remove hose connection to auxiliary Tank.
5. Remove thermostat to inlet heater hose
connection.
6. Remove Hose thermostat to bypass pipe
connection.
7. Remove Lambda sensor bracket mounting.
