Removal of Exhaust Manifold
1. Remove the Lambda Sensor Upper and
Lower from CCC.
2. Remove the all mountings on CCC.
3. Remove Closed Coupled Catalytic Convertor
and Gasket.
4. Remove Thermostat
5. Remove the Oil Filter assembly by using
Special Tool.
SPECIAL TOOL
Oil Filter Spanner -
5424 5890 18 02
NOTE
Ensure Oil Spillage to be gathered in
oiltub.
6. Remove front and rear Lifting Hook from
Cylinder Head.
