K012 and Clutch position sensor pin 2
Is the continuity exists?

Check whether the EMS pin K052 is open circuited /
shorted to Battery
Rectify / Repair
harness connections
Go to next step

Check whether the EMS pin K012 is shorted to Ground or
shorted to Battery.
Rectify / Repair

Check for damage of pins / back out of pins at EMS
connector and Clutch position sensor connector

Drive the vehicle in top gear and check through light press
of brake, whether gear display in cluster changes
automatically.
Confirm it is a
software bug and
call hotline

Check whether the air gap is as per the specification
mentioned below.

fitment as per the
specification

Air Gap Requirement:
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
Press the clutch pedal check the Clutch Top travel and bottom travel switch input parameters.
When clutch Half pressed, Clutch Top Travel == Active, Bottom Travel == Inactive
When Clutch full pressed, Clutch Top Travel == Active, Bottom Travel == Active
