Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check for any other faults presence related to ECU Internal
power supplies.
Follow rectification
process for the
faults, before
proceeding further
Go to Step 2
2.
Check the fuses and battery supply.
Replace the
connector or wiring
harness
Go to step 3
3
Is K01,K03,K05 open circuit?
Replace the
connector or wiring
harness
Go to Step 4
5
Check whether the EMS ECU pin number K086 is short to
Ground
Rectify the wiring
harness.
Go to Step 5
6
Fault Still Persists?
Replace AMF
Sensor. If Fault still
persists then Call
Hot line.
Follow the steps
again for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
