U0028-13:- Vehicle Communication Bus A-open circuit

Customer Symptom
Reduced climate control functionality and performance.
Fault Effects (On Vehicle)
Reduced climate control functionality and performance.
Lamp Status (If Any)
1) The HVAC outputs (motors and compressor request signal)
should be functional using default data values where CAN data
not available. For Default values refer the CAN communication
matrix (dbc or function net file)
2) Error frames should observe on CAN bus.
3] The vehicle communication bus "A" open circuit DTC is in
passive state in fault memory.
4) The HVAC outputs (motors and compressor request signal)
should respond to the panel request.
5) CAN communication should be normal.
Fault Detection Condition
1.
HVAC connector is not connected properly or
disconnected from its location
2.
CAN Stub wire from HVAC connector side is
disconnected.
Normal Operating Condition
HVAC ECU communicates properly with TML diagnostic Tool.
Probable Trouble Area
Disconnection of the HVAC connector
Healing Condition
To fix the HVAC connector correctly and Fix the wiring harness
issues from HVAC side.
