Perform the leak detection test for leakages? Is Test result
Negative.
Perform necessary
repairs to arrest
leakages.
Go to Next step.

If fault still persists.
Replace economy
mode switch. IF fault
still persists then
Call hot line
Confirm the above
procedure for fault
Rectification.
DTC’s confirmation
(checks before handing over vehicle to customer)
:
•
Rail pressure at ignition key on is < 10 bar, By removing the rail pressure sensor connector shows rail pressure
value of 2000 bar, High pressure leak detection test can be carried out.
•
Please drive the vehicle on road, check and ensure rail pressure feed-back follows the demand
continuously.Check adequate fuel is available in it.
•
Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds
also.Iferror present,
then rectify the errors. Confirm that there is not error logged present before handed over vehicle to customer.
