START
CONNECT THE DIAGNOSTIC TOOL
AND CHECK FOR DTC’S
IS DTC
PRESENT?
CHECK DTC PRESENT IS PERMANENT OR
HISTORY
IS DTC
PERMANENT?
CLEAR DTC
CHECK THE FATC HVAC SIDE CONNECTOR
(BLUE) & BLOWER CONTROLMODULE
CONNECTOR FOR PIN BACK OUT
ARE PINS
OK?
IS CONTINUITY
PRESENT?
BLOWER MOTOR DRIVE LINE IS
SHORT TO GROUND
IF ALL THE
ABOVE CHECKS
FAIL
STOP
FIX THE
PROBLEM
IS DTC
PRESENT?
NO
YES
CHECK FOR THE CONTINUITY BETWEEN PIN NO 26 OF
FATC HVAC SIDE ECU CONNECTOR(BLUE) AND
GROUND PIN N0 1,2 OF VEHICLE SIDE ( GREEN)
CONNECTOR
HIGH RISK OF
ECU DAMAGE
RECTIFY THE
WIRING
HARNESS
REPLACE ECU
