Fault Detection Condition
Blower Control Circuit feedback line - Circuit short to Ground
or Open
Normal Operating Condition
With the Blower control circuit connected to the harness and
with Ignition ON, check the voltage between blue connector
pin no 27 & ground of the Connector. The voltage range
should be in between 0.33 to 7.65 V
Probable Trouble Area
1) Feedback line is short circuited to ground
2) Feedback line is open
3) Feedback connector is not connected firmly (open)

Component Details:
The blower is used for moving air from either an outside source--referred to as vented air--or from cabin air past the
heater core or air conditioning evaporator. In doing so, it causes a heat transfer either to the inside of the car or from the
inside to the outside.
Preliminary Checks:
Switch On the IGN & perform the following check.
1) Connect the Diagnostics tool & check the DTC fault code
2) Read ECU parameter value for
Blower Speed Output (Internal Value)
Blower speed with the diagnostic tool
