Customer Symptom

Some or all combination switch (Wipers) operations may

fail

Fault Effects (On Vehicle)

Some or all combination switch (Wipers) operations may

fail.

Lamp Status (If Any)

Fault Detection Condition

BCM log this fault when combination switch (Wipers)

fails. ( May be stuck / short to ground / short to Battery)

Normal Operating Condition

Probable Trouble Area

1. BCM connector Fault

2. Switch damaged

3. BCM ECU faulty

Healing Condition

1. Ignition OFF



2. Clear DTC Command

Component Details:

Combination Switch (Wipers) is located near steering at the dashboard of the vehicle.

Preliminary Checks:

1. Check Battery Voltage (12.5 V & above)

2. Check ECU pins for oxidation, bending & damage.
