Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and
Ground
Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
harness
connections as
per schematic
2. Check DPF sensor electrical connection as per schematic
Go to step 3
Repair the failure
3.
Check DPF sensor signal pin 42 or supply pin 16 open
circuit or short circuit to ground.
Go to step 4
Repair the failure
4.
Check the Damaged exhaust system or Leak in exhaust
system
Got to step 5
Rectify the fault
5.
Exhaust tubes to differential pressure sensor leak
Go to step 6
Rectify the fault
6. If fault still persists
Call Hotline
Repeat above
procedure for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
Call Hot Line and check whether the fault is rectified or not.
