Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES

Check whether the EMS ECU is receiving supply and
Ground
Go to step 2
Rectify wiring
harness
connections as
per schematic

Check whether the battery is healthy
Go to step 3
Repair Battery

Run DPF regeneration and complete the action
Got to step 4
Got to step 5

Clear the DTC no fault indication lamp on instrument
cluster
-
Go to step 5

If fault still persists
Replace EMS ecu
Repeat above
procedure for
reconfirmation
DTC’s confirmation:
After rectification, Test Drive the vehicle for 2 KM and ensure that no DTC’s are logged in ECM.
Call Hot Line and check whether the fault is rectified or not.
