Trouble Shooting:
Step Checks
IF YES
IF NO
1.
Is there any rust/oxidization observed on Sensor Terminals.
Clean the Rust or
repair or replace
Go to Step 2.
2.
Cruise plus button stuck key error is detected if CrC_stKey
continuously remains in a state of CRC_STPLUS for a
duration of 0 ms or 50 ms.
Establish continuity
by rectifying
harness
connections as per
the circuit
schematic.
Go to Step 3.
3.
Are there any pins damaged at EMS ECU Connector.
Replace the
connector or wiring
Harness.
Go to step 4.
4.
Wire harness connection between Cruise Cncl button and
EMS ECU. If ok.
Establish continuity
by rectifying
harness
connections as per
the circuit
schematic.
Go to step 5.
5.
Are there any pins backed out from the EMS ECU
Connector.
Rectify/Replace
Connectors.
Go to Step 6.
6.
Is EMS pin 29 short circuited to GND/Battery or
Open?
Repair the harness
as per the
schematic.
Go to Step 7.
7.
If fault still persists.
then replace sensor
and if fault still
persists then call
Hotline.
Follow the above
procedure again for
Reconfirmation.
DTC’s confirmation
(checks before handing over vehicle to customer)
:
1. Check the errors at Ignition ON, engine running @ Idle & Fly-up with different vehicle speeds also.
2. If error present, then rectify the errors.
3. Confirm that there is no error logged in EMS before handing over vehicle to customer.
