6. Loosen and remove the steering wheel lock
nut and take out the steering wheel using
special tool Steering Wheel Puller 2779 5890
46 01 as shown.
REFITMENT:
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
Steering Wheel Removal: (Version without
Airbag):
Park the car with front wheel in straight
ahead position. Apply parking brake and
place wheel chokes at rear wheels.
Disconnect Battery.
1. Pull out the horn pad.
WARNING:
Before removing steering wheel make alignment
marks on the steering wheel and the shaft for
guiding during reinstallation
.
2. Loosen and remove the steering wheel lock
nut and take out the steering wheel using
special tool Steering Wheel Puller 2779 5890
46 01 as shown.
REFITMENT:
For fitment follow the reverse procedure of
removal.
