12.Remove the nuts (1a) and remove the turbocharger
(1b) complete with catalytic converter (1c).

Disconnect the following Electrical connections
.
a) Glow plug electrical connections (1).
b) Electrical connections (2) of the injectors.
c) Electrical connections (3) of the cam angle
sensor.
d) Electrical connections (4) of the air conditioning
compressor engagement solenoid valve.
4. Remove the bolts (5) fixing the cable duct to the
cylinder head, indicated as 5 in fig
5. Release the electrical wiring (6a) from the
fastenings (6b) and move it aside.

Disconnect the following Electrical connections.
a) Electrical connection (1) of the fuel pressure
sensor.
b) Electrical connection (2) of the pressure relief
sensor.
c) Electrical connection (3) of the E.G.R. solenoid
valve.
7. Release the electrical wiring (5a) from the bands
(5b) securing the air intake chamber and remove
it.
8. Remove the bolts (1a) and remove the oil filter guard
(1b).
9. Remove the connectors (2a) and remove the
turbocharger engine oil supply pipe (2b).
10.Remove the bolts (3) securing the engine oil return
pipe from the turbocharger, crankcase side.
11.Remove the nuts (4a) and the bolt (4b) securing
the engine lifting bracket and remove the exhaust
manifold heat shield (4c).
