5. Sequence for Bolt Tightening.
a) Tighten to 3kgm in the sequence as
marked.
b) Tighten to 5kgm in the same sequence as
marked.
c) Tighten to 6.5kgm in the same sequence
as marked.
6. Using special tool, fit the spark plug to the
cylinder head.
7. Fit the Vacuum Pump along with the Gasket.
8. Lubricate the crankshaft and fit oil pump
assembly along with the gasket.
9. Fit rear timing cover and torque the bolts to
specified torque.
10. Fit the water pump assembly along with the
gasket to the engine block and torque the
bolts to specified torque.
