11.5.10 SERVICING OF CONDENSER
REMOVAL:
1. Remove the front bumper and splash guard –
Refer removal and refitment of front bumper)
2. Remove the condenser radiator assembly
from the assembly front end module in vehicle
( refer the engine cooling system )
3. Loosen and remove the condenser from the
radiator assembly.
REFITMENT:
1. Tighten the condenser to the radiator
assembly.
2. Fix the condenser radiator assembly to the
front end module (Refer the Engine cooling
System).
3. Refit the front bumper and splash guard –
Refer removal and refitment of front bumper.
CONDENSER CARTRIDGE:
REMOVAL:
1. Remove bottom snap from projection
provided on komo profile and push frame in
arrow direction 1by hand. (Fig. 22)
2. Push middle snap in arrow direction 2 to
remove plastic frame from condenser.
3. Remove retaining ring from bottom side of
condenser by inserting the plier teeth in holes
and press inside to remove from groove
where it is placed (as shown below). (Fig 24A
& 24B)
